Our Services

Our employability and training services provide free support to minority ethnic individuals, as well as refugees and asylum seekers, across the West of Scotland.

Minority Ethnic Individuals

These services works with minority ethnic individual within Renfrewshire and Glasgow, providing employability support and guidance to employability pathways such as:

 

  • modern apprenticeships

  • work placements

  • volunteering

  • education

  • paid employment

 

This is done through one-to-one support and group training.

Refugees and Asylum Seekers

This service works with refugees and asylum seekers across Glasgow and North Lanarkshire, providing support in accessing employability pathways, with one-to-one’s, workshops and training on:

 

  • ESOL

  • digital skills

  • employability skills

  • accessing modern apprenticeships

  • volunteering / work placements

  • qualifications through SQA accreditations
