Our Services
Our advice and information services provide free support to minority ethnic individuals, including individuals from central and eastern European communities, across the West of Scotland.
This service works with minority ethnic individuals throughout Glasgow, with the aim to; reduce the impact of Covid-19, raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce fuel poverty, eliminate inequality, and improve community cohesion.
The services offers a range of services, including support in areas such as:
mental health
benefits, debt, finances
housing
filling out forms
accessing mainstream services
energy advice and audits

This service provides support to migrants in the West of Scotland who face barriers, such as lack of access to IT equipment, non-fluent English skills, as well as mental and physical health barriers to accessing services.
Staff speak community languages, which is key in helping to ensure that everyone has the opportunity and tools to access the resources they need.
The service’s primary focus is on providing information and advice on:
